A message to our loyal customers...

As most of you are aware, the crane industry has been extremely busy. Joyce Crane, like many other companies, has had many requests to fulfill needs not traditionally considered our area. Although we have traveled further than normal for some of our customers, we have turned down most requests in order to service our loyal customers. For our local customers, Joyce Crane continues to focus on our home office located in Longview, Texas by recently adding seven acres of yard space and the construction of a brand new 7,000 sq. ft. office expansion, which will have state of the art GPS guidance and tracking system’s to better serve your needs.

With this expansion, Joyce Crane has also placed special interest in growing our three other locations, into full service yards by adding man power and new equipment at each facility. During the past year Joyce Crane has continued to upgrade our equipment so that we may improve and continue to meet the delivery needs and schedules of our customers.

With this addition we have added twelve new cranes and twenty new lowboy trailers, which has brought our man and maintained motor crane fleet to an average age of 2003.31 and 2004.11 years old respectively. At Joyce Crane, safety, service, and performance are the values upon which we have built our reputation for the past twenty-two years and will continue to emphasize in the future. Joyce Crane has and will continue to invest the time and money necessary to assure the safety of our employees, customers, the public and environment.

Joyce Crane has received the Contractor Excellence awards for 2005 and 2006, along with Supplier Excellence awards in recognition of Outstanding Quality and Safety performance as a supplier.
